Terms of Use (EULA)

The Service

Dreamcatcher helps you set alarms, capture dream notes, and optionally generate AI images and videos from your dream content. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Starter, Plus, Pro, or Max).

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
• You may delete your account from Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play as auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings, or from Settings → Subscription in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits, reverse engineer the Service, or disrupt our systems.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

AI-generated content

AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI features, which may change based on provider capacity and your plan limits.

Intellectual property

The Dreamcatcher app, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in the dream content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dreamcatcher is not a medical device and does not provide medical or mental-health advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
